The interest in any designs within the meaning of the Registered Designs Act 1949 and in any design right within the meaning of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 and created by the company that is included on this web site is the property of the Company.

Any materials or property made available to the Company by clients, advertisers and any other contributors for inclusion on this web site shall be held by the Company at the clients’, advertisers’ and contributors’ risk and the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such materials or property whether due to the negligence of the Company or otherwise howsoever caused.
INDEMNITY
Any persons, clients, advertisers, and contributors supplying any materials in which copyright shall subsist ("copyright material") shall indemnify the Company, its subsidiaries and associated companies and any employees, officers, agents and contractors working on the web site against all or any costs, claims, damages, demands and expenses to which the Company, its subsidiaries and associated companies and any employees, officers, agents and contractors working on the web site may become liable by use of any material supplied by the Company and used in accordance with the clients’, advertisers’ and contributors’ instructions.
LAW
These conditions shall be subject to English Law. Any person connecting to this site including any clients, advertisers and any contributors hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts for the determination of any question or dispute arising under the contract.
